To start own production of vegetable mesh, an area from 600 (for a production line with a capacity of 3 million grids per year) to 1000 square meters (for a production line with a capacity of 15-20 million grids per year), an electric power supply of 380V, a power of 250 kW will be required. The workshop should be equipped with a water supply system for supplying cold water to the extruder.

The territory of the enterprise must comply with the requirements of “Sanitary standards for designing industrial enterprises” and “Fire safety standards for designing buildings and structures”, taking into account the technological features of production. Fire safety in the production area should be ensured in accordance with the “Fire Safety Rules in the Russian Federation” (GOST 18.08.2019 and GOST 18.08.2019).

The building in which the industrial workshop is located should be separated from the living area by a protective gap of at least 50 meters wide. The ceiling height in the production room should be at least 3.5 meters. A ventilation system is required. Planning and structural solutions of the premises must comply with sanitary norms and rules. Projects of production facilities are developed by design organizations. The estimated cost of the project is 2000 rubles per square meter. Based on the project, permits for opening the enterprise are issued.

Regardless of the presence of ventilation devices, opening frames and other opening devices should be provided in the production room in windows with an area of ​​at least 20% of the total area of ​​the light openings. Incoming air should be directed upward in the cold season, and downward in the warm season.

The production room should be equipped with a sufficient number of exits for the rapid evacuation of people in accordance with fire safety standards.

The location of production workshops on floors above the first is possible only with freight elevators.

The floors of industrial premises must be strong, even, non-slip, made of materials with low thermal conductivity. Most often, the floor is poured with concrete and covered with ceramic tiles.

All production facilities must be equipped with fire fighting equipment in accordance with the Fire Safety Rules in the Russian Federation and GOST 18.08.2019. Indoors, signs indicating the location of fire equipment and fire extinguishing equipment must be placed without fail.

If in the production room the coefficient of natural light is less than 0.1%, it is necessary to have installations of artificial ultraviolet radiation. If the windows of the production room are facing the sunny side, then protection against direct sunlight (blinds, screens, curtains, etc.) must be installed on them. When choosing light sources, one should be guided by the Electrical Installation Rules and the requirements of building codes. Usually, fluorescent lamps equipped with reflectors are used as a source of artificial lighting. In addition to artificial lighting, emergency lighting should be provided for the production room, which is located in places that are dangerous for people to walk in, in walkways and stairs, and emergency exits.

PND granules are used as raw materials. A supplier of raw materials is easy to find over the Internet. The cost of granules is 32-45 rubles per kilogram. It is possible to use any plastic waste as a raw material if a plastic shredder and mixer are included in the line. Making nets from waste is much more profitable, but it will require the organization of well-established supplies of plastic waste. For this purpose, a recycling center should be organized at the enterprise; a truck must also be available, which will bring raw materials to the enterprise. The cost of plastic waste is 3-10 thousand rubles per ton. The price depends on the quality of the raw materials.

Depending on the power of the line, the equipment included in the line varies. Here we will not describe in detail all the options for production lines, we will dwell on the equipment of the line with a capacity of 20 million nets per year.

The line includes an extruder with a productivity of 110-220 kg / hour, a winder, a mixer for plastic with a capacity of 200-300 kg / hour, a loom with a capacity of 30 m / hour, a machine for cutting nets with a capacity of 30-50 m \ min., A hydraulic packer, chopper plastic.

The technological process begins with the preparation of secondary raw materials. The plastic shredder processes any plastic waste into crumbs: containers for household and industrial chemicals, shampoos, cans, bags, PET bottle caps, bottle crates, etc. The mass is fed to the mixer, where various raw materials are mixed in proportions and dye is added.

The production of PVD filaments is carried out on an extruder, which produces a wide polymer film, rolls and stretches to the required thickness, dissolves the film web into many flat threads from which the mesh web is knitted.

Next, the flat thread is wound on bobbins using a winding machine, which is installed in line with the extruder.

Knitting of a mesh cloth is made on a loom. Usually there are several in the production line of flat looms, depending on the performance of the extruder, they can be from 5 to 10 pieces. The machine knits a mesh of a given size and weaves into the mesh ties. At the exit, the grid rolls are interconnected. Cutting the mesh web into individual grids is carried out by a cutting machine. The finished product is packed with a hydraulic packer.

Vegetable netting lines are made in China. The cost of equipment is from 1.7 million rubles. You can find offers for the sale of similar lines in the secondary market. The minimum price is 1.4 million rubles.

The approximate wholesale price of one vegetable net is about 3 rubles apiece. The production line is capable of producing from 250 thousand nets per month. The cost of production of one grid is 2-2.5 rubles. Thus, the initial investment will pay off in 10-20 months.
